Privacy Policy

Avant AI Games ("we", "us", "the service") operates the games available at games.avantinnovations.ai and the corresponding iOS and Android applications. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account information (when you sign in): email address, password (stored hashed), display name, and verification status. Used to authenticate you and to send account-related email.
• Purchase records: when you make a purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects payment information. We receive only a non-sensitive purchase confirmation and the items you bought. We never see your card details.
• Game progress and settings: stored locally on your device (browser localStorage or app preferences). Not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud save (currently not offered).
• Advertising data: when the mobile app shows ads, the Google AdMob SDK may collect device information and an advertising identifier as described below.

Advertising

The mobile app uses Google AdMob to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. AdMob may access:

• An advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) - only if you consent under your platform's tracking permission.
• General device information (device model, operating system, language, coarse country).
• Approximate location derived from your IP address.

By default we request non-personalized ads only, which means ads are selected based on context (the game you're playing) and coarse signals (country, language) rather than your individual profile. You may see ads at any time, but they are not targeted to you personally unless you explicitly consent on a supported platform.

Where required by law (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions), we show a consent dialog managed by Google's User Messaging Platform before AdMob loads. You can change your choice later in the app settings.

Children

Avant AI Games is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

How we use information

• To run the service: authenticate you, deliver purchased content, and provide customer support.
• To send transactional email (account verification, purchase receipts). We do not send marketing email without separate consent.
• To serve ads in the mobile app via AdMob, as described above.
• To diagnose technical issues using aggregated, non-identifying metrics.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and for up to seven years after closure (as required for tax / audit purposes). Local game progress is retained on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Advertising identifiers are managed by your operating system; you can reset them in your device settings at any time.

Your choices

• Delete your account: contact support@avantinnovations.ai and we will erase your account and associated records.
• Withdraw ad consent (EEA / UK): open the in-app settings and tap "Manage ad preferences".
• Limit ad tracking: use your platform's privacy settings - iOS App Tracking Transparency or Android Ads ID controls.
• Export your data: contact us and we will send a copy of the information we hold.

Security

Account passwords are stored hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Connections to our servers use HTTPS exclusively. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe under PCI DSS compliance and never touches our infrastructure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top and, for account holders, send an email notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
